Product Description
Product Description
EVA is a copolymerization of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer. EVA is widely used in a wide range of fields. The market consumption of EVA in China is increasing every year, especially in the shoe industry, and it is used in the sole and interior materials of middle and high-end travel shoes, mountaineering shoes, slippers and sandals. It is also widely used in the field of new energy, such as photovoltaic materials, solar cell adhesives and so on.

Application
EVA resin is ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer, generally vinyl acetate (VA) content in 5%~40%. Compared with polyethylene, EVA, due to the introduction of vinyl acetate monomer in the molecular chain, thus reducing the high crystallinity, improve the flexibility, impact resistance, filler phase solubility and thermal sealing performance, is widely used in foaming shoe material, functional shed film, packaging film, hot melt adhesive, wire and cable and toys and other fields. Generally speaking, the performance of EVA resin mainly depends on the content of vinyl acetate on the molecular chain.
1) EVA with VA content below 5%, its main products are film, wire and cable, LDPE modifier, adhesive, etc.;
2) EVA with VA content of 5%~10%, the products are elastic film, injection molding and foaming products, etc.
3) EVA with VA content 20%~28% is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products;
4) EVA with VA content 28%-33%, photovoltaic materials, solar cell adhesives, etc.;
5) EVA with VA content 38%-40%, adhesive;
6) EVA with VA content in 5%~45%, the main products are film (including agricultural film) and sheet, injection, molding products, foaming products, hot melt adhesive, etc.
